This home is great for reunions, vacation gatherings of family and friends, and for hosting bridal/groom families for off-season weddings.
This newly renovated home located in the historic heart of heart of Beach Haven is great for large groups that wish to stay together yet have plenty of privacy at the same time. It is partitioned into 3 separate living areas, each with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, great rooms and kitchens with pass-through doors connecting the living areas on the first floor. The pass-through doors allow for the living areas to be either connected or completely separated. Six bedrooms have en-suite baths. A large roof deck with bay and ocean views and a rear picnic area provide excellent gathering areas for very large groups.
Just steps to the beach, the main grocery store (Murphy’s), the Surflight Theater, Centennial Park, shopping, bike rentals, miniature golf, The Show Place ice cream parlor (with singing waiters), Fantasy Island, bagel shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. There is something for everyone.
The kitchens are well appointed, all with stainless appliances. The main living areas and hallways all have hardwood floors; all bathrooms are tiled. Each of the three great rooms is furnished with TVs and CD/DVD players. Four bedrooms have TVs. Linens are not included, but are available for rent from a service that we can recommend.
Central air conditioning, outdoor showers, wi-fi internet, off-street parking (5 to 10 cars), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas, available off-season, separate washer and dryer in each of the living spaces.
Please note that we do not host post-prom parties or senior week groups.

There are various places around the house to spend time together including the very large roof deck, the patio/picnic table area, and the living rooms (the front unit is usually the main indoor gathering spot since the kitchen is largest here and the front porch is just off the living room). We find that all of these areas get used as gathering areas for large groups depending on the time of day (the roof deck is great just before sunset), the weather (if it happens to rain, the three living areas allow for three separate game/TV areas with the first floor areas connected inside so there is no need to go outside to move between living spaces), and the type of food being prepared/served (the patio is great for cook outs, and generally for group meals). The three stoves/ovens make food preparation for large groups easier to manage.
